EDUCATION
The Persephone Project partners with a variety of organizations
to offer lecture/presentations or classes on the topic of gardening
as a contemporary art medium.
Founder/director
Stephanie Flom tells the story of the Persephone Project through
a PowerPoint presentation that features images of contemporary garden
works created by artists from around the world. The thought-provoking
yet accessible presentation has been shared with diverse groups
ranging from professional conferences to middle school classes.
The classes often involve a field-trip component to visit artist-made
gardens.
